Tetra Pleco Fish Food Spirulina Wafers 42g, 100% sits on our fish & aquatic shelf, where the ranking comes from what buyers actually said rather than from what the box says. From the seller's own listing: Nutritionally balanced 100 Percent premium vegetable food for all large herbivorous bottom-feeding fish. Supreme quality guarantees the best for your fish. That is the maker talking, not us, so read it as a claim rather than a finding. It holds 4.6 out of 5 on Amazon from 3,110 ratings. Where that leaves it next to the rest of the shelf is set out below.

We track 50 rated fish & aquatic products, and the middle of that pack scores 4.6 out of 5. This one is on 4.6. That sits mid-table. Ratings this close together don't decide anything on their own, so weigh pack size, price per unit and the specifics below instead.
3,110 people rated it, where the shelf median is 3,120. Enough reviews to trust the direction, not enough to close the question.
The shelf runs from £2.11 to £29.98 and the midpoint is about £9.76. On price, this one is in the bottom third. Cheap with a middling rating is a fair trade if the specifics suit you, and it is the usual reason to pick something at this end of the shelf.
